A Worker's Cooperative: Cultivate is the main initiative of Sustainable Ireland Cooperative. We formed as a worker's cooperative as it is the most democratic, participatory and inclusive company structure. The cooperative is the perfect vehicle for Civil Society Organisations from the 'fourth sector' as the principles of cooperation are in perfect sync with the goals of civil society, systems thinking and the increasing discourse between government, NGOs and business. The worker's cooperative offers a solution to the live/work gap allowing for seamless integration of your life values and your working day.

Established in 2000, Cultivate aims to equip people to respond to the twin issues of energy vulnerability and climate change by providing access to the knowledge and tools that cultivate sustainable lifestyles and resilient communities.
