The Art of Living Course:

 • Opens the mind to innovation and creativity •  Enhances brain activity  • Increases energy and reduces stress  •  Improves memory and performance  • Renews enthusiasm and commitment  •  Stimulates the mind and intellect  • Transforms personal relationships

Enjoyed by people of all backgrounds, cultures and traditions, the course integrates practical wisdom and health practices with modern day techniques.  The cornerstone of the course is a powerful breathing technique, known as the Sudarshan Kriya®, which purifies and rejuvenates both body and mind. Studies have shown that the breath transforms one’s emotional state and helps rid the system of the harmful effects of negative emotions, increases health, well-being and peace of mind.

The Art of Living Foundation is a non-profit educational and humanitarian foundation in special consultative status with the United Nations, active in over 140 countries. It is dedicated to serving society by strengthening the individual.
